As the sample is just sufficient for the required tests, it is agreed that I will not ask for future retesting /replicate testing.
As I am not conversant with the standards or codes to be followed for above sample. I authorize you to conduct test by any suitable code according to your experience.
I agree to pay full charges before collection of report.
I agree that sample will be destroyed after testing.
